1. General Terms

1.2 *Modification*: Everduty Flex Staffing Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients, staff workers, and institutions will be notified of significant changes.

2. Terms for Clients
2.1 *Service Agreement*: Clients must sign a service agreement outlining the scope, fees, and terms of the recruitment services provided.
2.2 *Confidentiality*: All information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of recruitment.
2.3 *Payment Terms*: Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the service agreement within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.
2.4 *Job Descriptions*: Clients must provide accurate and detailed job descriptions to facilitate effective recruitment.
2.5 *Replacement Policy*: In the event a placed candidate leaves within a specified period, Everduty Flex Staffing Solutions will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

 3. Terms for Staff Workers
3.1 *Registration*: Staff workers must complete a registration process, including providing accurate personal and professional information.
3.2 *Compliance*: Staff workers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards relevant to their role.
3.3 *Confidentiality*: Staff workers must maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained through their placement.
3.4 *Professional Conduct*: Staff workers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to the policies of the institution where they are placed.
3.5 *Time Adherence*: Staff workers must adhere to the scheduled shift times. Punctuality is essential, and repeated lateness may result in termination of placement.
3.6 *Uniform Rules*: Staff workers are required to wear the appropriate uniform as specified by the host institution. Failure to comply with uniform standards may result in disciplinary action.

3.7 *Shift Cancellations and Late Notifications*: Staff workers must provide a minimum of 48 hour period notice for any shift cancellations. If a staff worker is running late or needs to cancel a shift within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, they must inform the care home or hospital immediately through the phone number provided in the shift app. Failure to provide adequate notice without a valid reason may result in penalties or termination of placement.
3.8 *Termination*: Everduty Flex Staffing Solutions reserves the right to terminate the placement of a staff worker for breaches of these terms or the host institution’s policies.

 4. Terms for Hospitals, Care Homes, and Other Institutions
4.1 *Service Agreement*: Institutions must enter into a service agreement with Everduty Flex Staffing Solutions, detailing the scope of services and fees.
4.2 *Compliance*: Institutions must ensure that the working conditions comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
4.3 *Confidentiality*: Institutions must treat all information about staff workers and the recruitment process as confidential.
4.4 *Feedback and Reporting*: Institutions are encouraged to provide feedback on the performance of staff workers and report any issues promptly to Everduty Flex Staffing Solutions.
4.5 *Payment Terms*: Institutions agree to pay fees as per the service agreement within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.

 5. Liability
5.1 *Limitation of Liability*: Everduty Flex Staffing Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
5.2 *Indemnification*: Clients, staff workers, and institutions agree to indemnify Everduty Flex Staffing Solutions against any claims, damages, or losses arising from breaches of these terms.

 6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 *Governing Law*: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
