What do you need to apply for a Everduty Flex job?
At the heart of it, if you’re someone with a true desire to support others, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. Kindness, patience, and good communication are key, especially since some of the folks you’ll help might communicate differently.
For care assistants, we ask you have six months’ experience, and for nurses, we look for either one year of social care experience or six months of NHS experience.
Don’t worry if you’re not coming in with a bunch of certificates, however; we provide free mandatory training to get you ready to work when you sign up.
